Privacy & Data Protocols
Last Updated: March 2026
1. THE STRATEGIC FIREWALL
Westmore operates as a private digital asset advisory and principal. We do not operate as a public-facing service provider or a retail brokerage. In accordance with our Terms of Service, the submission of an inquiry does not create a fiduciary, brokerage, or agency relationship. This policy defines the "Strategic Firewall" we maintain to protect the integrity of high-value asset transfers and our own independent market activities.
2. DATA INGESTION & COLLECTION
To facilitate principal-led acquisitions and secure settlements, we collect:
-
Identity Intelligence: Name, corporate affiliation, and verified contact details.
-
Asset Data: Specifics regarding the digital property, domains, or intellectual property involved in your inquiry.
-
Settlement Data: If utilizing Westmore Trust for structured financing, we collect necessary information for bank-grade identity verification and secure wire processing.
3. PROTOCOLS FOR DATA USE
Westmore utilizes data under a strict "Need-to-Know" protocol. Information is used to:
-
Execute Settlements: Coordinate the transfer of assets on a Best Efforts basis.
-
Manage Financial Rails: Administer payment plans, "Use Rights," and wire verification via Westmore Trust.
-
Market Intelligence: We may use the existence of an inquiry to calibrate our internal valuation models.
-
Independent Acquisition: Westmore and its affiliates (including related entities, family offices, and principals) reserve the unrestricted right to independently pursue, acquire, or hold a prior interest in any asset mentioned in an inquiry. We are under no obligation to refrain from using market intelligence for our own account or to disclose our ownership interest in an asset prior to the execution of a formal Purchase & Sale Agreement.
4. DATA SHARING & THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE
Westmore does not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share information only with:
-
Authorized Settlement Partners: Licensed financial institutions, registrars, or third-party escrow services required to move funds or assets.
-
Westmore Trust: Our internal division for financing and payment services.
-
Legal Compliance: Only when strictly required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations or court-ordered disclosures.
5. DATA RETENTION & ENFORCEMENT
To protect the integrity of our advisory and enforce the 24-month non-circumvention provisions in our Terms of Service, Westmore retains all inquiry, metadata, and communication logs for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months.
6. SECURITY & ENCRYPTION
We utilize essential technical protocols to secure our ingestion forms. All sensitive data is processed via encrypted channels. We do not use tracking cookies for marketing; we use essential cookies only for session security and form integrity.
7. PROTOCOL INQUIRIES
For inquiries regarding these data protocols, please contact us via the secure portal at Westmore.com.
