This agreement covers initial disclosures; a comprehensive Master NDA will be executed upon formal client engagement.
The Westmore Commitment
At Westmore, we understand that the acquisition of a Tier-1 digital asset is a matter of corporate strategy and private wealth. Our Tier-1 Confidentiality Protocol ensures that your identity, your brand’s intent, and the specifics of your inquiry remain shielded from the public domain.
I. THE SCOPE OF PROTECTION
This agreement protects all "Confidential Information" exchanged regarding the acquisition or divestment of digital assets, including but not limited to:

Identity & Affiliation: Names of Principals, C-Suite executives, and legal entities.

Asset Targets & Mandates: Specific domain names, IP addresses, or assets currently under Westmore representation.

Financial Terms: Valuation models, offer history, and settlement figures.

Strategic Intel: The underlying business purpose for the transaction.
II. NON-CIRCUMVENTION & MANDATE INTEGRITY
The Westmore Firewall Protocol:
Whether Westmore is representing a Buyer’s intent or a Seller’s asset, the "Firewall" is absolute.

For Buyers: The identity of the Asset Owner and the specific pricing intel provided by Westmore are proprietary. You agree not to contact the Seller directly or via a third party.

For Sellers: The identity of the Inquirer and their strategic interest are protected. You agree not to utilize Inquirer data to solicit direct offers or bypass the Westmore advisory.

Protection of Introduction: Any attempt by either party to bypass Westmore to finalize a transaction for a disclosed asset—within twenty-four (24) months of introduction—shall entitle Westmore to the full success fee as if the transaction had been facilitated by the Advisory.
III. OUR SECURITY PROTOCOL
We do not merely promise privacy; we architect it.

Encrypted Ingestion: All form data is processed via end-to-end encrypted channels.

Neutral Fiduciary: We act as the "Strategic Firewall" for both sides, ensuring that neither party’s sensitive data is exposed prematurely.

IV. EXECUTION BY SUBMISSION
By checking the box and submitting our form(s), you agree to the Westmore Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Preliminary NDA. This agreement is effective for twenty-four (24) months from the date of your last communication with us.
